PRESENTATION.

A presentation was made to Mr. F. T. Glasgow at a gathering of members of public and' sports bodies of Raetihi on the occasion of his leaving the town. Mr. Glasgow, who has been manager of the Raetihi branch of the Bank of New Zealand for the past five years, has been transferred to the head office of the bank in Wellington. On behalf of those present, Mr. Ashwell asked Mr. Glasgow to accept a gold watch from members of the tennis club, a gold chain from the golf and bowling clubs and a fountain pen from the Chamber of Commerce. Other speakers included the Mayor, Dr. W. JFeltham.
