CHICAGO, Aug. 22. The Herald says J. Ogden Armour, head of the meat-packing firm, whose death occurred recently in London, at one time refused £25.000,000 for his interests in the packing business, and he died insolvent. . , * His assets, the paper says, will-not nearly cover his debts, which excee £4,000,000. '
