PRESENTATION.
To mark his retirement from the directorate of the Whangarei Co-operative Dairy Company, Mr. H. Wakelin, chair man, was presented with an illuminated address and a cheque at the annual meeting of shareholders of the company yesterday. Mr. Wakelin has been on the board of directors for a quarter of a century In making the presentation on behalf of the directors, Mr. E. C. Tremain, said their action would be approved by all who knew what the chairman had done for the company. He was sure Mr. Wakelin must feel proud of the factory and of the progress achieved during his time as chairman.
