THREE SERIOUS CHARGES.

RECOMMENDATION BY JURY. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Wednesday. A man named Horaco Benjamin Martin (Mr. T. A. Lucas) was found guilty in the Hamilton Supreme Court to-day on three counts of committing indecent assault on small boys. Tbb jury recommended that some method should be instituted whereby men such as prisoner could be prevented from further personal contact with the public. By this means it was hoped that eventually this form of crime would be stamped out. His Honor -said he would seo that the recommendation was forwarded to the proper quarter. Sentence was postponed until to-morrow morning.
