The Geneva correspondent of the DailyExpress says important military manoeuvres by Italian forces are in progress in the Alps. The troops are engaged in a theoretical war against Germany or Austria.
Swiss newspapers are asking what is the object of Signor Mussolini in organising this, the largest military concentration since the war.
