IMPROVEMENTS AT HAMILTON [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CI>KRESPON D E>* T - ] HAMILTON Thursday With a view to improving the letter delivery throughout the bcrough of Haifl ilton, which includes Frankton Junction, the Postal Department has decided t® transfer three postmen from the Frankton Junction office to the chief post office? Hamilton, and to appoint a postman sorter to the Hamilton office. When this change has been effected there will be 10 postmen and a P ost^, aD sorter at the central office, and the delivery will commence at 8.15 a.m- ' stead of at 8.30 a.m. as at present, routes of the postmen are being re ... ranged to prevent overlapping and to s furtKer expedite the delivery.
