(Received July 25, 7.55 p.nji.) A. and N.Z. July 25. An official statement has beien issued by the Conroy faction of the Australian Labour Party. This says that, as the conclitions on which the constitutional executive of the Labour Party of New South "Wfcilos agreed to participate in the unity conference have been flagrantly broken by tho decisions which that conference reached, the Conroy faction intends to continue to function as the constitutional executivo of the Now South Wales parijy.
