BURGLARY ALLEGED.
DWELLING AT RAZOIRBACK.
ARREST OF YOUNG MAN.
[by telegraph.—own correspondent. ] PUKEKOHE. JMonday. A young man, Thomas George Flanagan. appeared before Mr. D. FL Hamilton, J.P., in the Pukekohe Police Court to-day charged with breaking and entering the dwelling of Mr. George Rowe, Razorback, on July 12 and stealing £1 7s 6d in cash and Various articles. He was also charged with stealing from Harry George at Gisborne on June 13 a rug, suitcase, umbrella and other articles, of a total value of £2O. On the application of the police, accused was remanded till next Mbnday. Accused was apprehended at Mercer on Saturday. Learning that he was gravelling on the Great South Road, the Pukekohe police set out by car in piqrsuit, first advising Constable Douglas of .Mercer to be ready to intercept the man. On arriving at Mercer they found Consiable Douglas had effected the arrest.
