IMPROVED AEROPLANE.

GREATER ENGINE EFFICIENCY LONG FLIGHT CONTEMPLATED. (Received June 30. £1.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z. NEW YORK. Juno 29. The famous airman, Mr. Anthony Fokker, has announced that he is building a new aeroplane, which will be capable of remaining in the air for 72 hours.

The new machine will have an improved Wright engine, which will develop a greater horse-power with from 10 to 15 per cent, less consumption of petrol

Mr. Fokker intimated that he tnav attempt a non-stop flight from Seattle to Tokio next year in the new aeroplane.
