(7) A Uniform Sanitation fee of twentyfive Shillings (255) per pan per house for sanitation purposes for the year 1927-28 on all properties in the Borough outside the Drainage Area and served by the Niglitsoil service. (8) A Uniform Sanitation (Refuse) Fee of Ten Shillings (10s) per pan per house for sanitation purposes for the year 1927-28 on all properties in the Borough served by the Refuse Service. All such rates to be on the Unimproved Value of all rateable properties appearing in the Valuation Roll for the time being in force in the Borough of Otahuhu. The whole of the above rates, sanitation fees and charges will be due and payable in one sum at the office of the Town Clerk and Borough Collector.
