VICTORIA CRUISING CLUB. PRESENTATION OF PRIZES. I The twenty-third annual distribution of ] pri7.es and dance of the Victoria Cruisins i Club took place in Scots Hall last evening j There was a larsre attendance of members | and visitors, including representatives of j the various local yacht and launch chilis j In presenting the trophies, the patron. The Sneipht Cup for boats crossing i the startinc-line the greatest number | of times was won by Spray. Dancing was kept up until a late hour.
