LATE ARTHUR McMANUS. ASHES SENT TO MOSCOW. : (.Received June 28, 7.50 p.m.) A. and N.Z. LENINGRAD. June 27. By the same steamer which brought to Russia the party of British children there arrived an urn containing the ashes of the late Mr. Arthur McManus, the British Communist, who died on February 27. According to Ins last wishes, his ashes, are to be interred at Moscow under a wall in the Kremlin.
