CLAY-BIRD SHOOTING.
OKOROIRE GUN CLUB. The Okoroire Run Club held a most successful shoot laitfc Saturday on its grounds at Okoroire. whim a large number of visitors, representing Hamilton, Thames, Morrinsville and Matamata Clubs, were present. The result of the shoot was as follows : Handicap. f2O.—J. Amundsen (Ma'atnfctft) and W. Howe (Hamilton), 12 birds, equal, ] ; S. C. Purlour (Morrinsville). K. E. Farrow (Waitoa). A. W. Stuckey (Kiwitahia) and P. Jelovitch (Hamilton). tied for second money with only one miss. No. 1 Shoot (6 birds)—D. N. Hay, 1. No. 2 Shoot (6 birds).—Elair and Stuckey divided first and second money with the possible; six others divided third money. No. 3 Shoot, sweepstake _ (12 birds).—J. Amundsen and W. Howe divided first and second money with the possible: four others divided third money. No. 4 Shoot <6 birds). —E. C. Young. J. Amunsden, TJ. E. Farrow, E. O'Kane, W. R. Smith and E. J. Brown divided the stake with the possible. No. 5 Shoot (6 birds)—J. Amunsden. D. N. Hay and P. Jelovitch divided the stake with the possible.
