NEW METHODIST COLLEGE.
FOUNDATION-STONE LAYING. THIS AFTERNOON'S CEREMONY. The foundation stone of the new Methodist Theological College and Hostel, at the corner ol Grafton and Carlton Gor® Roads, will be laid by the GovernorGeneral, Sii Charles Fergusson, this after* noon. The Rev. Dr. H. Ranston, president of the Methodist Conference, will preside, and addresses will be given by the Rev. D. C. Herron, president of the Council of Christian Congregations, and Mr. J. A. Flesher, vice-president of tha conference.
