TEACHERS' DESKS RIFLED.

GREY LYNN SCHOOL THEFTS. . SUMS OF MONEY STOLEN. The dosks of the headmaster and of other teachers at the Grey Lynn School were broken open during last week-end and cash amounting to about £6 was stolen. Part of the money taken from the headmaster's desk belonged to the school sports fund. That removed from the teachers' desks had been received from pupils in payment for stationery. The school cleaner saw a light in the school on Sunday morning, and on investigation found the desks had been rifled. The intruder had evidently made his entry through a window, as the doors were all locked.
