ACCIDENT IN QUARRY.
* WORKER STRUCK BY STONE. [ FRACTURE OF THE SKULL. b 0 While working in a quarry at Penrose yesterday morning, Mr. Steve Divich, aged 23, sustained a fracture of the skull 9 through a stone falling on him. Mr. Divich was conveyed to the Auckland Hospital, where an operation was ! performed. Late last evening the patient was reported to be fairly comj fortable.
