THE KING'S UNIFORM.
ALLEGED UNLAWFUL USE. COMMUNISTS AT NEWCASTLE. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Ms? 9. As a sequel to a Communist procession, two men who took part, named James Ferguson and George Airey, were charged at Newcastle with bringing the King's uniform into contempt. One of the men was dressed as a soldier and the other a.s a sailor. They carried dammv rifles and took pari in a tableau which represented Chinese being shot. The accused were remanded.
