CLUBS AT TAUMARUNUI. FORMATION OF ASSOCIATION. [BX TCr.EOKAriI.—OWN COniIESrONDKNX. J TAUMARUNUI, Tuesday. A meeting of hockey delegate* was held in Taumarunm for tlio purpose of discussing a proposal to form a Hockey association in Taumarunui. tt was decided that an association, to be called the 'Xaumw.unui liockey Association, be formed. The following of lice ra were then elected Patron. Mr. Q. K. Manson; president. Mr. F. fcanthorpe; vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Parker, li. L. Pratt, h. bheurinun, \V. MoWalters. S. Christmas, tt. Ha/ah and L. I. Mark; secretary and treasurer, Mr. C. milicluy; executive, two delegates from each club; sole selector, Mr. S. Sarah. The secretary was instructed to writ® to To Kuiti regarding the formation of a King Country hockey association and m the event of Te Kuiti r.ot joining up with 3 aumaiamu to affiliate with the Auckland Hockey Association.
