ANTI-BRITISH DECISIONS. APPEAL TO RAMSAY MACDONALD San, ' • SHANGHAI, May t. . At a meeting .of Chmmtt workers in Shanghai on May Day, it was decided to send a cablegram to the leader of the British Labour Party, Mr, Ramsay MacDonald, protesting againii th« dally flights being made by British aeroplanes over Chinese territory, on the ground that this imperilled Chines© sovereignty. It was also resolved f<o demand the withdrawal of British troops from Shanghai, m the Nationalist* had established law and order ia tb* city, aad this made the farther presence of the British force unnecessary and merely oppressive and provocative.
