GATHERING AT LAUSANNE, DELEGATES FROM NEW ZEALAND. As a representative of the Now Zealand Presbyterian Church, at the Faith and Order, Conference at Lausanne, Switzerland, in August, the Rev. J. Milne will leave Auckland to-day by the Marama. Mr. Milne, who is minister of St. James' Church, Thames, will join the second New Zealand delegate, the Rev. W. Gray Dixon, of St. Leonard's, Dunediri, and formerly of St. David's, Auckland, who sailed from Wellington a few days ago. The conference will last three weeks, during which time matters affecting Christian unity among the various churches will be discussed. Delegates will attend from Norway in the north to New Zealand and Australia in the south, and from Japan and China in the east to America in the west. Over 500 clergymen will discuss the business in either of three languages—English, French, and Gorman.
