EGGS FOR INVALIDS.
Eggs are digestible food for invalids according to the way in which they are prepared. All over-cooking should bo avoided. Excellent for a sick person is a steamed egg. Butter a china pannikin, arid sprinkle with a little chopped parsley. Break iu the egg, and then put the pannikin in a saucepan that has a little boiling water in it. Steam gently until tho white is set. Serve at once.
