Hindus to the number of 29 attended the auction of street fruit stands for the April-June quarter, which was held at the Tovm Hall yesterday. The stands realised £235 7s 6d, against £216 7s 6d for the corresponding quarter of last year. The stands, with the exception of one, were all disposed of to Hindus, who in each case paid cash for the whole quarter's rent. Prices ranged from £4 10s to £SB
