POLITICAL ASSOCIATION.
The Women's Political Association held a social in the Priscilla tea-rooms last evening. The room was decorated with bowls of dahlias and autumn foliage and the supper tables were arrayed with scarlet salvias. An interesting address on Parliamentary procedure was given by Mr. V. H. Poter, M.P., who was introduced by the president, Miss E. Melville., During the evening a musical programme was contributed, comprising the following items:—Songs, Good-day Said tbc Blackbird" and " When All Was Young.'* by Miss R. Moselen, " A May and " Spring" by Miss Perkins; "She is Far From the Land" and " Mione" by Mr. James Hutton. Mr. Eriiesfc Blomfield gave two violin solos.
