UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
i I | DECREES NISI GRANTED. | A number of undefended petitions in divorce were heard by Mr. Justice Herd man yesterday. On the grounds of misconduct, William Victor Podger. bus driver, -~ e Auckland {Mr. Singer), was granted a decree nisi against his wife, Wills Doris Podger. Sidney Murfitt being, cited a« co-respond-ent. The parties were married at Hamil ten on March 31, 1913, and there was one child. The petitioner said that three years ago the respondent left him, and he subsequently found she was living with the co-respondent, against whom costs were allowed.
