MAN, BUS AND WALL STRUCK. MOTORIST FINED TWO POUNDS# An unusual succession of misadventure# resulted in the appearance in the Police Court yesterday of Henry Evans (Mr. A. Moody), charged with dangerous driving on December 17. Sergeant CalweU said accused was driving in Panmure Road at an czcnsive speed. A motor-bus preparing to turn round had backed partly across th.? road. He mistook the position of the bus and his car struck it a glancing blow in the rear. The car then ran up a bank nod ran into a man sitting there waiting lor the bus. It pushed him for about 16ft and then ran over him. Defendant turned his car back to the road, but it ran across the opposite e:d» and collided with a stone wall. lhe car was badly damaged and defendant was injured.
