AWANUI HARBOUR BOARD.

FIRST MEETING HELD.

IvAITAIA, Saturday.

The first meeting of the recently constituted Awanui Harbour Board, the most northerly harbour board in the Dominion, was held at Kaitaia yesterday.- The area is in the Mangonui County. Mr. A. H. Long, county chairman, was elected* chairman of the board, and Mr. C. McKinnon was appointed secretary. •
