Fairies at the window, Fairies on the ground; Fairies! Fairies! Fairiea! Dancing all around; Crawling 'neath the table, Laughing up at me; A jolly set the fairies are— But nurse can't see. Fairies! Fairies! Fairies! What, dears, are you at? Blowing at the fire; Whisp'ring to the cat; Playing hunt the dipper! Well, it seems to me A very funny thing indeed That nurse can't see.
