(Bicd. 7.30 p.m.) BERLIN. Nov. 25. In the Reichstag, Herr Stresernann, Foreign Minister, through the Moderates and the Nationalists not voting, weathered two no-confidence motions moved by Monarchists and Communists. The Reichstag then rejected a motion advocating the invalidation of the Dawes agreement, and declined to consider motions urging the cancellation of approval of the Locarno Pact and membership of the League of Nations. It agreed to urge that either the League or the Hague Court should consider the question of who was responsible for the ■war.
