DAIRY PRODUCE BOARD.

OBJECTION TO MR. PATERSON RESOLUTION AT PAPAKURA. [BY telegraph.—own correspondent.] PAPAKURA, Thursday. A resolution suggesting that the Government should remove Mr. Stronach Paterson from- the position of Government representative on the Dairy Produce Board was carried at the halfyearly meeting to-day of members of suppliers' committees of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company in the districts round Papakura. The resolution expressed concern at the attitude taken by Mr. Paterson in his recent attack on the board's London manager, Mr. J. B. Wright. It concludes: "We further consider that the producers' interests are not being served by Mr. Paterson, and it is the opinion of this meeting that the Government should be requested to appoint a member in his place having the interests of the producers at heart."
