Mr. Justice Frazer. president of the Arbitration Court, and Messrs. W. Scott and A. L. Monteith, members, arrived from Wellington yesterday to conduct sittings of the Court in Auckland. Mr. M. Connelly, of Dunedsn, who unsuccessfully contested the Chalmers seat at the general election last year, has been advised bv the Railway Department that his former position of guard in the service is again available for him, and that he has been reappointed.
