Hislop noticed him when he was 5 riding his motor-cycle at 60 miles an 3 hour along Page's Road. To-day, before | Mr. H. A. Young, S.M., Mills was fined [ £25, his driving licence was suspended until March 31 next, and he was disquahI fled from holding another licence for 18 j months after that.
