Reserved judgment was given by ths Chief Justice in the Supreme Court in a case in which Patrick Brick claimed £BOO from the Stewart Timber Company as compensation for injuries received as the result of an accident. In Juno of last year plaintiff had a leg fractured as the result of logs falling from a! broken sling. His Honor awarded £550 Is fed, and"costs according to scale, after giving credit for the amount pai<! as compensation under the Act.
