THE GREY SCHOLARSHIP.
AUCKLAND COLLEGE AWARD. Mr.* L. H. Briggs was yesterday awarded the Sir George Grey Scholarship for i 926, by the Auckland University College Council. The scholarship, which is worth £SO a year, is provided annually by the Government, is awarded for proficiency in science. Four are allotted annually, one to each university college.
