ANOTHER VESSEL LOOTED, j ( Sun . PEKING. Nov. 14. The arrival at Hongkong of a French steamer, the Hanoi, has brought to light a darirr act of piracy. When tht- vessel was 90 miles off Hongkong armed desperadoes overpowered the officers, killing one and wounding twoThe pirates took command of the steamer and set her course for Bias Bay. There she was abandoned after the pirates had removed £6OOO worth of bullion and £2500 from the passengers. While the pirates were in control of the vessel a British destroyer was sighted, but the Hanoi's captain was threatened with instant death if he signalled to her. The pirates had gone aboard disguised as passengers. t
