DEATH OF TWO GERMANS. FRENCH SOLDIER RELEASED. A. and N.Z. PARIS. Oct. 14. Lieutenant Rouzier, a French officer, who was arrested in connection with the death of two Germans at Germersheim, has been released. Eleven witnesses have left the town in order to avoid testifying against the Germans. A message from Berlin on September 27 said two French soldiers at Germersheim, Bavaria, quarrelled with two German civilians. They warned the public to stand back and then shot the Germans dead. French gendarmes arrested the two soldiers.
