AIMED AT A DRIVER.
KILLED A PASSENGER. INJURED WIFE'S PROTECTOR. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. (Reed. "7.5 p.m.) BRUSSELS. Aug. 24. An extraordinary affair is reported from Boxsvignes, near Namur. A woman was knocked down by a motor-car and seriously injured. Thereupon her husband rushed from the house with a loaded rifle in his hand. The man fired the weapon at the driver of the car, but the rifle-bullet killed a passenger.
