OTAHUHU EX-SERVICEMEN.
FUTURE POLICY OUTLINED. A meeting cf the Otahuhu Returned Soldiers' Social Club was held this week. The president Rev. C. B. W. Seton, presided over an attendance vi about 50 members. A deputation from the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association spoke strongly in favour of the club's afh listing with the Auckland centre. After discussion it was decided that the local clubs remain purely a social club, except that members will assist any comrade who might be distressi.-d, attend the funeral rites of a deceased comrade and perpetrate the memory of departed comrades by a full parade on Ansae Days. . A considerable amount 01 ousmfss was done and a programme for future activities was drawn up and approved.
