ARRANGING THE FINANCE. FORMATION OF A COMPANY. [by telegraph.— press association.] ' 'C-HRISTCnUHCH. Tuesday: ■ At a meeting of the New' Zealand Cricket Council the chairman said he intended to arrange a draft prospectus with regard • to the financing of- the English tour. This would be on the lines of the financing of the Dunedin Exhibition. Correspondence relating 'to : the tour was received from a large number, of affiliated cricket associations, the majority of whom favoured the forming of a company. This company, suggested Mr. Barrett, should be called New Zealand Cricket, Ltd. • • •
