SERIOUS CHARGES.
TWO WOMEN INVOLVED. [by telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION.] NAPIER. Friday. In the Police Court to-day, Florence Humphries, aged 33, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence on a charge of permitting an instrument to be used upon herself. Accused was released on bail of £IOO. Mary Westoby, a married woman, pleaded not guilty to a charge of using an instrument on the former accused. She was committed for trial.
