Vincent last evening:— Unsettled and colder weather is indicated, with heavy showers, particularly in western and southern districts. Westerly to south-westerly winds, strong to gale, and squally. GOVERNMENT REPORT. The Government meteorologist reported last evening as follows: —Present, indications are for westerly to south-westerly winds, strong to gale; weather cold and changeable, with heavy showers and snow on the higher levels, '.'lie barometer will rise everywhere soon.
