The Nobel Explosive Company's auxiliary schooner Pjri. after lightering explosives transhipped from the Tongariro, berthed yesterday morning at King's Wharf to loal timber for Sydney. The Lamb steamer Omana arrived yesterday afternoon from New Plymouth. She berthed at Central Wharf to unload timber and coal from Australia. From Auckland »he goes to Tauranga to complete discharge. Bringing cargo from South Island porta the Katoa was to leave Wellington yesterday for Napier and Auckland. She is expected here on Monday. After discharge she is scheduled to take cargo for Wellington, Lyttleton, Dunedin. Oamaru and Timaru.

TRANS-PACIFIC CARGO STEAMERS. The Union Company's motor-ship Hauraki sailed from Auckland last evening for Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney, to complete discharge. Afterwards she will return to the Pacific Coast ports to load during September for Auckland Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. The Wairuna is due at Vancouver from Sydney to-morrow. She loads at Pacific Coast ports for Auckland. Melbourne and Sydney. The chartered steamer Enton leaves Dunedin to-day for Sydney to complete discharge. Sue is scheduled to load at Vancouver and San Francisco early in September for Napier, Lyttelton. Timaru, Dunedin and Newcastle. HINEMOA'S STOSMY VOYAGE. A verv Btormy voyage to and front Niue Island was experienced by the Government steamer Hinefnoa. which returned to Auckland yesterday afternoon. She brought a full cargo of copra, which is being unloaded at Queen's Wharf. She sailed from Auckland on July 0, and during tlio nrst two davs nt sea fine weather prevailed. Off the Kermadoc Group on July 8 a severe rorth-east gale wa encountered The wind increased until it almost reached hurricane force, and the Hinenna was tossed about like a cork by the confused seas. She proved a good sea boat, and althougn a quantity of watei war shipped no damage v;as done. The stormy conditions continued for. five days. The weather moderated on the morning of July 13, and the same evenin" the steamer reached rs'.ue Island. Discharging and joacung _ operations occupied two day 3, and at 7 o clock on tie night of July 15 she left on her return journey to Auckland. Fine weather was experienced until July 19, and then the conditions became boisterous. THE NORFOLK. The Federal Line steamer Norfolk is to sail at 7 o'clock this morning for Wellington, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers in continuation of her voyage from Liverpool.

THE TONGARIRO. To continue unloading cargo from London the !New Zealand Snipping Company's steamer Tongariro is to sail this afternoon for Wellington, Bluff and New Plymouth.

THE TOFUA. In continuation of her voyage from Auckland the Onion Company' 8 Island steamer Tofua left Suva yesterday for Tonga and Samoa. She is scheduled to clear Suva on August 1 and to reach Auckland four days later.

DEVON FOR ENGLAND. The Federal Line steamer Devon completed loading yesterday afternoon and went into the stream to finish coaling. She is to sail at noon to-day for London, Antwerp and West of England ports.

THE MAIMOA. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mairaoa is to sail this afternoon for Wellington to complete discharge of cargo from London before she proceeds to South Island ports to commence loading for her Homeward voyage.

CARGO FROM AUSTRALIA. With produce from South Australia the Kaiapoi is due at Auckland early next week. She sailed from Adelaide at 7 o'clock last Tuesday morning for Auckland and Wellington.

MAHENO SAILED. The Union Company's inter-colonial steamer Maheno sailed at mid-day yesterday with passengers, mail and cargo for Sydney, where she is due on Tuesday. From Sydney she proceeds to Wellington.

THE MAHIA. The Shaw, - Savill and Albion steamer Mahia is scheduled to sail from London next Wednesday with cargo for dischargo at Suva.- Port Chalmers. Lyttelton and Napier, She is due at Port Chalmers on September 11.

COLLIERS FROM NEWCASTLE. The Kekerangu left Newcastle at 7 o'clock on Thursday evening with coal for Auckland. She is due next Wednesday. After discharge she returns to Newcastle. The Kaikorai with coal for Auckland is to leave Newcastle this morning.

AORANGI AT SYDNEY. With passengers and mail from Auckland the Royal Mail liner Aorangi berthed at Sydney at 9 o'clock yesterday morning. She »» scheduled to leave Sydney next Thursday and Auckland on August 3 for Suva, Honolulu and Vancouver.

THE KING MALCOLM. After undergoing repairs the motor-ship King Malcolm will be undocked this morning and anchored in the stream. She is to sail at 6 o'clock to-morrow morning for Wellington to replenish her oil fuel. Her future movements are indefinite.

HtM.S. DUNEDIN IN PORT. ! H.M.S. Dunedin returned from the Islands yesterday morning and berthed at Devonport. She spent a considerable time in Fiji' where her crew carried out gunnery and torpedo exercises. From Fiji sue proceeded to Tonga and therj came on to Auckland.

THE SITTANG. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line's chartered steamer Sittang is expectod during the week-end from New York. She is coming to the agency of- the Farmers' Cooperative Auctioneering Company and cargo for this port will be unloaded at Prince's Wharf. She also has cargo for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin.

KEELUNG LEAVES NEW YORK. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that- the A. and A. Line'B chartered steamer lieelung was despatched from New York on July 18 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Hobart and Burnie. She is due at Auckland on August 23.

SOUTHERN CROSS ARRIVED. Tho Melanesian' Mission steamer Southern Cross arrived late last evening from New Hebrides and anchored in the stream. After medical inspection this morning she will berth at King's Wharf to land passengers and luggage. Afterwards she will go to her moorings in the stream where she will remain until she is recommissioned in Soptem-

A farther wireless message from the steamer Wirral states that she will arrive from Montreal at seven o'clock this morning. She will berth at Central Wharf to unload general merchandise to the agency "f the New Zealand Shipping Company. From Auckland she goes to Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge.

THE CITY OF SHANGHAI. Tho A. nnd A. Line's chartered steamer City of Shanghai, which is expected from New York, via Suva, to-morow mominc, will berth at Queen's Wharf. Her case oil and general cargo is for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton Dunedm and Newcastle, the New Zealand Shipping Company are the local agents. THE COMERIC . The Andrew Weir ajid Company's steamer Comeric arrived yesterday morning with 9000 tons of sulphur from Texas. She berthed at King's Wharf to unload 3600 tons to the agency ci Messrs.
