Public notice is hereby given that the Board's sewerage scheme is now in operation, and every owner of any dwelling-house, factory, shop, office or. other building, erected on land, the curtilage of which is within one hundred feet of a sewer, and in which building any persons dwell or are employed, must provide by TUESDAY, September 14. 1926, a sufficient number of water closets in Buch building or outside the same, such water closets to be constructed in accordance in every respect with the provisions of the Board's Drainage and Plumbing By-laws.
