VISIT TO AUSTRALIA. ROYAL SANCTION ANNOUNCED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 11.15 p.in.) MELBOURNE. July 19. The Governor-General, Lord Stonehaven, announces that he has received official advices to the effect that King George has granted permission to the Duke and Duchess of York to visit Australia and perform the ceremony of opening the Federal Parliament at Canberra in May, 1927.
