Giving evidence at' the concerning the death of Mr. John Arthsr, who was electrocuted at Lochiel while running out a low-tension wire which came into contact with a high-tension wire, Mr. Ilutton, assistant-engineer, said the accident could have been avpided by the cutting of the high-tension wire, which would have meant cutting off about 600 consumers for the day. Instructions had been issued that this must be done in future no matter what inconvenience was caused. 'A verdict of . accidental death was returned.
