Lights will be tested, free of charge, for a limited period of time, between the hours of 7 and 9 p.m. on TUESDAY and FRIDAY of each week, and certificates will be issued by the Borough Traffic Inspector in respect to all Motor Vehicles on which the head lights are fixed in accordance with the Borough By-laws. Arrangements have been made for a Mechanic to be in attendance at the abovementioned tilace and times, and his services will be available at a small fee to any persons whose vehicle head lights need adjusting. All Owners of Motor Vehicles are requested to*note that, after a reasonable time, -rosecution will be made m cases where Motor Vehicles are used with nead lights which do not comply with the By-law.
