ACCOUNTANT ARRESTED.
ALLEGED FALSIFICATION. CALCUTTA. Juije fS. Llewellyn Evans, chief accountant of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation at Bombay, was proceeding to England on leave, when he was arrested at Aden on a charge of falsification of accounts to the extent of £36,000. He has bieen remanded for two weeks.
