The Union Company's cargo steamer Kawatiri left for Sydney at half-past nine last evening; CUMBERLAND CLEARS COLON. The Federal steamer Cumberland, which left Auckland on May 13. arrived at Balboa on June 3. according to a cablegram. She continued her voyage to London and West Coast of England ports the same day. THE KING MALCOLM. The British motor-ship King Malcolm is expected to complete discharge of tho Auckland portion of her cargo of basic alas on Friday, when she will sail to complete discharge at New Plymouth. MATANGI TO WITHDRAW. The Northern Company advises that the steamer Mating! will lay up for inspection on arrival from Tan rang a to-day. The Mapaia will replace her in the Tauranga service, while the Nsrapuhi will be placed on the Whangarei-Auckland ran. MARAMA FROM SYDNEY. An arrival from Sydney yesterday was the Union Company's inter-colonial steamer Mararna. She berthed at Central Wharf to land passengers, mails and cargo. The'ship is - scheduled to sail for Sydney at three o'clock on Friday afternoon, arriving next Tuesday morning. HUNTINGDON AT PANAMA. A cablegram from Panama announces the arrival of the steamer Huntingdon en route from Wellington to New York, Boston, Glasgow, Liverpool, London and Avonmouth. She has cargo from, Auckland. PORT NICHOLSON FOR LONDON. With passengers, mails and _• cargo, the steamer Port Nicholson cleared Wellington on. Monday evening for .London, via Panama. No further particulars have been announced. ' ' MIN FROM NEW YORK. The Hain Line steamer Min arrived from New York shortly after seven o'clock last evening and anchored in. the stream. THE ULIMAROA. The Huddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa arrived at Sydney from Wellington yesterday morning. She is expected to sail for Auckland next Friday. MANUKA AT MELBOURNE. Cargo operations were to be completed last evening. but the vessel is having her boilers oleaned AORANGI DEPARTS. The Royal Mail motor-liner Aorangi left Auckland shortly before noon yesterday in continuation of her voyase to Suva. Honolulu and Vancouver. She is due at Vancouver on June 25. ' THE CROSSHILL. Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane advise that the steamer Crosshill was expected to leave Makatea Island last Friday with phosphate for Auckland where she is due aDout next Monday. THE HINEMOA. « The Government steamer Hinemoa left her berth at Central Wharf late yesterday afternoon for Niue Island. She is due back at Auckland on June 24 and will sail the following day for Norfolk Island; Arriving back at Auckland on July 3 she will load for Niue Island and sail about July 5. TAINUI LEAVES HOME. Advice has been received that the Shaw, Savill and Albion Liner Tainui left Southampton last Friday afternoon with passengers, mails and cargo for Wellington, where Bhe is due on July 12.
