Tuesday, His Excellency the Governor-General, Sir Charles Fcrguejon, and Lady Alice Fergusson, returned to Wellington 'By the Tutanckai this afternoon, after their first official visit to the Gook Islands, Niue, Western and Eastern Samoa, Tonga and Fiji. Their Excellencies were accompanied on the viat'by Mr. G. J. Little (private secretary), Captain Vernon Wentworth, A.D.C., Mr. D. J. Keswick (assistant-private secretary), Miss Boyle, Miss Marrow and Colonel J. K. Watson, Their Excellencies were met. on arrival here by the Prime Minister, Mr. Coattss, the Chief Justice, Hon. C. P. Skerrett, Mr. F. D. Thomson, head of the Prims Minister's department, and Mr. A. C. Day (official secretary to the GovernorGeneral).
