FASCISTS' BLACK SHIRTS.
"RESERVED FOR MALES." LONDON. May 23. Signor Turati, the secretary of the Fascisti has decreed, says the Rome correspondent of the Times, that women and girls must not wear ' black shirts, which "virile symbol of the competent spirit of fascism should be reserved for males."
