WEDDING.
A wedding of much interest was solemnised at the Sacred Heart Church recently by the Rev. Father O'Doh.Tty when Miss Mary E, O'Conneli, only daughter of Mrs. an.'! the late Mr. J. O'Conneli, of I'onsonby, waft married •to Mr. Anthony T. Johnson, of Auckland, eldest son of Mr, and Mrs. A. Johnson, of Sweden, The.'bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr. John o'G>nnoil, wore ;i frock of ivory brocaded satin. With giver and crystal bead trimmings and gpdets of aecordeon-pieated fjeorgctte, finished with sprays of orango dossonis. She carried a shower bouquet of pink and white'carnations, sweet peas and maidenhair fern, with tulle arid satin ribbon 5 streamers. The embroidered tulle veil, which was circular, formed the train and was mounted on a coronet of pearls and sprays of orange blossoms. The bridesmaids were Miss Dfn'een Brady, who 'wore a heliotrope crepe do eheno frock and silver turban head-dress, and-Miss , Mavis Gerrish, cousin of thewore apricot crepe de chine and paring velvet hat. Both carried bouquets of ' pink and lavender flowers. Little Lorna Stott acted as train bearer . and was dressed in pale blue crepe de chene with bine tulle vdi caught with pink rosebuds. Mr. Joseph •' O'Conneli and Mr. Cyril O'Conneli, brothers of' the. bride, carried - out the duties of best man and groomsman.
